Delivery time and methods
For most items shipped within Canada, expect an additional 3–7 business days for delivery after processing. Some items classified as oversized or heavy require freight (truck) delivery and have longer transit times; freight shipments often require a delivery appointment and additional handling at the delivery point. The product listing will indicate if an item requires special freight shipping.
Shipping charges and refunds
Shipping charges for the original delivery are not refundable. If you return an item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a carrier attempts delivery and it is refused or the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply to re-ship the order.
How to prepare for delivery

For freight deliveries, please arrange assistance to move the item from the truck if required.
