Orders and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery within Canada takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method and the item’s size. Some oversized products require freight delivery and will take longer; freight deliveries may need an appointment and will be noted on the product page.
Returns and refunds
Items returned within 30 days and in original condition are eligible for a refund of the item price and applicable sales tax. Customers cover return shipping. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected; please allow the time stated on our Returns & Refunds page for processing.
