Return eligibility and timeframe
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned goods must be new, unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging. Items that arrive damaged should be reported as soon as possible; please contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
Exceptions and special cases
Items purchased as pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Gifts purchased for December celebrations may be returned no later than January 31st. Some large or custom items may have special return conditions which will be stated on the product listing; please read listing details before purchase.

Refund processing
